President
Dr. Sandra Hardison Bragg,
PhD, LCSW, CDVC
Dr. Sandra Hardison Bragg is a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 25
years of service to military families and veterans through the Department of Defense
and the Department of Veterans Affairs. She holds a PhD in Human Services from
Capella University, a Master of Social Work from East Carolina University, and a
bachelor's degree from UNC Wilmington. Her academic journey began at Fayetteville
State University, a Historically Black College and University (HBCU).
Dr. Bragg has served in diverse roles throughout her career, including Medical Foster
Home Coordinator and clinician for the seriously mentally ill. She has provided clinical
supervision to many rising social workers and has maintained a private counseling
practice since 2010, specializing in domestic violence and child abuse. She is a
Certified Domestic Violence Counselor and trained Health Coach through Duke
Integrative Medicine.
Her commitment to education and mentorship includes roles as an instructor for
Campbell University, Webster University, and Coastal Carolina Community College, and
as an academic advisor and field instructor for Boston University. Dr. Bragg has also
worked with numerous community organizations, including the Department of Social
Services, Department of Youth Services, and the Sickle Cell Disease Association of
Eastern North Carolina.
Dr. Bragg is a proud charter member and past president of the Jacksonville (NC)
Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and an active member of the
NAACP, where she previously served as WIN Chair. She also volunteers with Williams
Outreach and Consulting, Inc, Georgetown Preservation Society and has worked with
Onslow County Schools as a Military Family Life Counselor.
A faithful member of Evening View Missionary Baptist Church, she serves on the Mother
Board and chairs the Annual Church/Homecoming Anniversary Committee. She lives in
the Historic Georgetown community with her husband, Lathan “Bubba” Bragg. Together
they share a loving family that includes three children, seven grandchildren, and one
great-granddaughter.
Dr. Bragg’s life of service, faith, and leadership continues to leave a lasting impact on
the Onslow County community and beyond.

Director Of Finance
Angelina Holt
Experienced and results-driven Director of Finance with over 15 years of leadership in financial operations, client services, and team management. I bring expertise in contract auditing, budgeting, billing, SAP Concur, financial reporting, and project coordination, with a strong track record of driving efficiency and supporting organizational growth.
My career spans roles at Kimley-Horn and Associates, SECU of Maryland, The Argen Corporation, and Soundpath, where I led teams, improved financial processes, and delivered exceptional customer experiences. Known for my analytical mindset, adaptability, and energetic leadership, I’m passionate about creating solutions that support both business and people.

Treasurer
Ursulla M Gauthier
I am 70 year old mother of three children, 11 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Family is an important part of my life.
Past jobs I worked at battered woman shelter in CT for several years. Worked for over
25 years in sexual assault with some, men, adolescents and teens.
Develop a Life skill program for teens about to leave the foster care system. I used the
same program for my adolescents in the group home. This program is still exist.
I was also employed part time in a pilot program for women on their first offense. They
were allowed to bring their children with them ages 0-3. I promise them a year,
I was on several boards during this time. Held every position from chairman to secretary
to treasurer .
I was also very active in my church. Richardson Church of God in Christ, Ushering,
singing the state choirs, helping with dinners and other activities.
I moved to Richmond Virginia started volunteering at one of the hospitals in eventually
got a job in the ER, that was my favorite job. Also became a EMT never a dull moment I
worked there almost 4 years and then went to another hospital working in the kidney
liver transplant clinic. I love this job too, the different people helping them during their
time of crisis.
I founded a at church in Richmond. Refuge Church of God in Christ. Had even more
responsibility working in that church. Was there four years before moving to Jacksonville
as usual, I was busy volunteering first with Tri County Crusaders, Nabvets, board
