Who We Are

At Williams Outreach & Consulting, Inc., we are proud to be a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering community well-being for over a decade. Founded by Shantisha Williams, a retired Air Force veteran and community advocate, our mission is to empower and uplift those facing challenges in securing stable housing. We believe in the power of compassion, collaboration, and proactive support, and we strive to create lasting change in the lives of individuals and families within our community.
