Mission:  Williams Outreach assists individuals in Jacksonville, NC, who are facing housing instability or have lost their homes, by helping individuals or families secure new permanent housing. We approach these complex housing challenges comprehensively through a detailed intake assessment tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of a household. Our holistic approach includes case management and counseling to address immediate housing needs and support clients in achieving long-term stability.

 

Whether individuals are currently homeless or at risk of losing their housing, our goal is to facilitate stable living conditions. We provide educational resources to help individuals maintain their homes and tackle underlying issues contributing to their housing crises. Additionally, we work closely with clients to establish personalized goals and connect them with community resources to prevent future housing instability.

 

Preventative services are provided when funds are available and if individuals meet the required requirements.
